A self help group for sufferers of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (CFS) and/or Fibromyalgia.
We meet together to share information and support each other as we adjust to living with M.E./CFS and/or Fibromyalgia. We hope to raise awareness in our local community about these often poorly understood conditions. The group is run by five volunteers, all of whom are affected by the conditions.
Come along and see if it’s for you. We always welcome new members and voluntary help.
